EP 789 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Player Agreement

Welcome to EP 789. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and EP 789 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the EP 789 platform — including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

EP 789 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Pakistan. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform offers cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, poker, Teen Patti, slots, and related games and services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific rules that apply to individual promotions or game categories. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless a specific document states otherwise.

To register and use EP 789, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. EP 789 does not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances. We may request proof of age at any point and will suspend accounts where age verification is not satisfied.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your responsibility to ensure that using EP 789 is permitted in your specific location.
• You must be a natural person — companies, trusts, or other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested EP 789 to restrict your account. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to create new accounts will be permanently banned.
• You must not have had a previous EP 789 account terminated for breaching these Terms.

EP 789 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and source of funds at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each player may hold only one EP 789 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

When registering your EP 789 account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to update this information promptly if your circumstances change. EP 789 accepts no responsibility for account issues arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EP 789 login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. EP 789 will not ask for your password via email or live chat. • Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify EP 789 support immediately if you notice any transactions you did not authorise.

EP 789 reserves the right to close accounts that show signs of duplicate registration, identity fraud, or abuse of the platform's systems. In such cases, winnings generated during the period of fraudulent activity may be voided.

All deposits and withdrawals on EP 789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept or process foreign currency transactions. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There are no deposit fees charged by EP 789. Some payment providers may charge their own transfer fees, which are outside our control. Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash typically reflect in your EP 789 balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. EP 789 processes the majority of withdrawals within five minutes of the request being submitted. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — we do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. In certain cases, identity verification documents may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

• EP 789 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets are typically processed within five minutes.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day.
• EP 789 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a different method than the deposit method where possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.

EP 789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, VIP Club rewards, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms which are stated at the time the offer is presented. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible EP 789 players only. EP 789 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds that carry a wagering requirement must be wagered the stated number of times before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• EP 789 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any associated winnings.

Refer a Friend Programme: Referral rewards of Rs 1,000 (or the prevailing rate) are credited when a referred player successfully registers through your unique referral link and makes their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. The referred player must be a genuinely new EP 789 user. Referral rewards are real cash with no additional wagering requirement, subject to standard withdrawal terms. Fraudulent referrals will result in reward reversal and account action.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket betting markets on EP 789. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed in your EP 789 account. A bet cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been placed, except where the Cash Out feature is available and active.
• The minimum bet on any single market is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet placement interface.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. EP 789 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed using data feeds that were significantly ahead of the live event broadcast.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned — unless a specific market has a stated settlement rule covering these situations.

Cricket-Specific Rules:

• For PSL and Pakistan international matches, EP 789 uses official DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results for rain-affected matches when the official governing body applies DLS. All related markets settle on the official DLS result.
• A minimum number of overs must be completed for a match to be considered official. For T20 matches this is typically five overs per side. For ODIs it is typically 20 overs per side. For Test matches the full five days or a completed result is required unless a specific closure applies.
• Player performance markets (top batsman, top wicket taker, man of the match) are settled based on official scorecards from the relevant cricket board.

All casino games on EP 789 — including slots, live dealer games, poker, Teen Patti, and table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical dealing mechanisms. Game outcomes are not influenced by EP 789 in any way beyond the house edge built into each game's standard mathematical structure, which is disclosed in each game's information panel.

The following rules apply to all casino and gaming activity on EP 789:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — EP 789 will apply its standard error resolution policy. Where the game outcome cannot be determined fairly, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Demo mode (play-for-fun) is available on most slot titles and some table games. No real money is wagered in demo mode and no real winnings can be claimed from demo play.
• Poker games operate under standard poker hand rankings and rules. EP 789's poker room enforces anti-collusion measures. Players found to be colluding will be permanently banned and winnings voided.
• Teen Patti games follow standard Teen Patti rules unless a variant with different rules is specifically stated in the game interface.

EP 789 is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning without further warning:

• Account sharing or group betting: Sharing your account with another person or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between EP 789 markets and other platforms in a way that removes all risk and constitutes guaranteed profit extraction rather than genuine wagering.
• Collusion: Any coordinated activity between two or more players designed to gain an unfair advantage — particularly in poker and Teen Patti formats.
• Use of automated software: Bots, scripts, or any automated tools used to access EP 789, place bets, or interact with any game in a way not available to standard human users.
• Money laundering: Using EP 789 to process funds derived from illegal activities. EP 789 is required by its operating obligations to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Hacking or manipulation: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or interfere with EP 789's platform, games, or data systems.

EP 789 uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, all associated winnings will be voided, accounts closed, and relevant information passed to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Losses arising from a player's gambling decisions — betting and gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain and EP 789 is not responsible for the results of any individual bet or wager.

EP 789's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the calendar month in which the relevant event occurred.

You may close your EP 789 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (after any applicable bonus terms are resolved) will be returned to your registered payment method.

EP 789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Provision of false or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback on a previous deposit transaction.
• Any activity that EP 789 reasonably believes constitutes abuse of the platform or its promotional systems.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings from activity that violates these Terms may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds not involved in fraudulent activity will generally be returned after review.

EP 789 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — EP 789 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of EP 789 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using EP 789 and request account closure before the changes take effect.
